Lake Sherwood Estates is a friendly community in a beautiful naturally wooded environment. Our lakes and amenities provide a unique style of living. We support a variety of recreational activities and quiet country living for residents, part-time residents, and non-resident members.

Our vision is to sustain the natural lake community and provide quality recreational opportunities for all community members. As a private community, we self-govern as a community association with a community member board of directors and active volunteer committees. We seek to sustain our infrastructure and amenities through strong volunteer participation of members supported by a modest professional staff which administers, maintains, and secures our community. We rely heavily on community members for mutual respect and support of our board, committees, and each other to sustain a safe, beautiful, and fun place to be.

The Marina offers the opportunity to rent slips, dry parking and rack rentals.
Community Center Area
Lake Sherwood’s Community Center and its amenities are a hub of activity year-round.
Watersports
Lake Sherwood has six lakes including a designated “ski lake”. for motorized boating and fishing. The five other lakes are dedicated to non-motorized boating and fishing.
Recreation
Lake Sherwood is an active community with parks, playgrounds, a walking track, a multi-purpose sport court, a lighted ball field and sand volleyball courts.
