Lake Sherwood owns and operates our own:
- Water distribution system
- including 3 deep wells
- 2 Stand pipes
- Various Booster Pump stations
- 26 miles of water lines
- Waste Water system
- Mechanical waste water treatment facility
- Various lift stations
- UV system
- 26 miles of waste water lines
- Lake Sherwood requires a minimum of 2 Public Works personnel to hold water and waste water licenses through the Missouri Department of natural Resources
- Water and waste water systems are regulated by the Missouri Department of Natural Resources
- Annual Water Quality Reports are available under the documents tab at the LSEA Website Home Page
- Roads – 26 miles of asphalt paved roads
- Annual re-chip & seal program ensures that all roads in Lake Sherwood are resurfaced every four years
- Culverts are scheduled for replacement based upon age and condition
- Seasonal Maintenance and Snow Removal is handled by our own Public Works staff to enhance travel through the community
