Provide a high quality road system for the members of Lake Sherwood Estates year round including snow removal, surface maintenance, and new road construction as needed.
Goals
Public Works is responsible for implementing the four year rotation plan for resurfacing all LSEA roads within a four year cycle.
Support the LSEA Board of Directors in meeting the access needs of the members by planning, prioritizing and budgeting the construction and maintenance of Lake Sherwood’s road system via the long range plan.
Purchase equipment necessary to maintain roads using the Budget Approval Process as outlined by the Finance Committee.
